The Senior Demand Planner The Senior is responsible for implementing the forecast building tool and generating local and regional reports in dashboards with operational indicators. They are also responsible for contributing to the implementation and training of IBP process stages by preparing analyses, delivering executive presentations and dashboards that support decision-making. The position has four operational pillars: Industry and Market Analysis, Forecasting and Gap Analysis, Demand Planning Applications, and IBP/SO&P Key responsibilities:* Responsible for analysis and forecast projection for the following channels: Pharmacies South, Pharmacies North, Drogueros, and Global Accounts * Responsible for reporting reasons for variances, tracking Innovations, transitions, and forecast projections for Multivitamins, Oral Care and Respiratory brands (SI/SO) * Create and manage statistical models to predict demand trends across the portfolio. Competency in statistical baseline modeling algorithms (ARIMA) * Lead and own parts of the IBP process: Portfolio Review, Demand Alignment, Pre DRM, Sales Impact * Responsible for the Forecast to Finance process and uploading the Send To Value forecast into the APO system for the next 60 months * Responsible for developing the Sales Forecast Accuracy Root Cause Analysis report and analysis, identifying Sales vs FCST variances (current and projected) * Responsible for aligning forecasts for packs, toll manufacturing, and samples * Analyze Stock In Trade forecast projection by country (GMM – Brand – Channel) * Responsible for developing, implementing and driving continuous improvement Why YOU? Your qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance or related field * 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles in Planning, Demand Planner, Supply Planner, CPFR; in Consumer Goods or Pharmaceutical industry * Storytelling capability * Knowledge of the IBP process * Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data and market trends * Experience in development of statistical models * Proficient in SAP, SAP APO * Advanced Excel (database management, Pivot Tables, Macros) * Analytical tools: Power BI, Tableau * Analysis and structure Do you feel this could be your next career move?
