1. Knowledge in electricity, painting, plumbing, air conditioning, and tool handling. 2. Perform general maintenance by inspecting installations and equipment to prevent any failures or issues within the facilities. 3. Obtain material quotations by analyzing cost and quality to acquire suitable materials for preventing damages affecting the company. 4. Supervise that safety equipment is in good condition through regular inspection to maintain safety within the facilities. 5. Install lamps, outlets, safety signs, etc. 6. Availability to travel.
