Job Summary: This role seeks an advisor with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction to sell financial and insurance products, ensuring an excellent customer experience and promoting cross-selling. Contact: 55-6423-2355 Key Responsibilities Advise customers on the various savings, investment, and insurance products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. Ensure proper implementation and execution of deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Obtain certification as an AFORE Promotional Agent. Off-site promotion: promoting products outside the point of sale. Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. · Requirements Strong verbal communication skills. Passion for interacting with customers. Sales experience. Goal- and objective-oriented mindset. Field customer prospecting and off-site promotion experience. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Integrity in performing duties. · Value Proposition Fixed weekly salary starting at: $2,000. Excellent weekly commission structure. Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, 15-day year-end bonus (increasing with seniority). Employment Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off; weekly rotating schedule; one weekend day off per month; life insurance coverage increasing with income and seniority.
