**Functions:** * Perform plumbing and pipefitting work: repair leaks, replace pipes, install sanitary fixtures. * Perform basic electrical maintenance: inspect installations, replace lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, diagnose faults. * Perform masonry and infrastructure repair work: patching, laying floors or tiles, minor construction tasks. * Perform painting and aesthetic detailing: interiors and exteriors, walls, doors, furniture, with fine finishes and clean presentation. * Carry out corrective maintenance according to received service reports. * Follow up on the scheduled preventive maintenance program across all assigned locations. * Travel between branches and office as scheduled or in response to urgent needs. * Properly care for, use, and store tools, equipment, and materials assigned for their work. * Comply with company-established occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Assist in infrastructure adaptation or improvement projects when required. **Requirements:** * High school diploma * 2 years of experience in the mentioned activities.
