**Header \- External** ------------------------- Entity: Veracruz Locality Type: Xalapa I Store **Position Objective** --------------------------- Develop and achieve customer experience and sales objectives for the store. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations. Coordinate the development and training of Sales Executives, as well as their management with the support of the Store Manager.**Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Support achieving the store’s sales and customer experience objectives. Ensure execution of Our Commitment by every Executive toward our customers.30% Support the Store Manager in daily operations: scheduling, maintaining store image, stationery, consumables, inventory, store opening and closing.20% Ensure all staff understand and master commercial offers, promotions, systems, processes, and policies.
