Main Activities * Request quotations for kitchen supplies and materials. * Keep inventory records up to date. * Track purchase orders. * Coordinate supply deliveries for events and daily operations. * Verify that received products match purchase requests. * Maintain records and logs of all purchases made. * Assist with basic kitchen inventory control. * Maintain constant communication with the Kitchen and Planning departments. * Check for supply shortages prior to events. * Organize invoices and expense documentation. * Monitor delivery timelines to prevent operational delays. * Support urgent event-related procurement when necessary.
