Ongoing support for the systems team and end users. **Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the maintenance and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure efficient operation across all company departments. Additionally, provide technical support to end users, independently or jointly with the service provider, to resolve incidents and maximize utilization and effectiveness of the ERP system deployed within the company. Provide support to Technical Support and Infrastructure teams as required, including preventive maintenance, equipment configuration, network, or firewall-related tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Adhere to scheduled working hours, including arrival and departure times. * Comply with policies and procedures governing the use of systems and computer equipment. * Conduct ABC analysis of corporate ERP users. * Update and standardize master catalogs for inputs, raw materials, and finished products in the ERP (including codes and descriptions). * Add new products to the master catalog. * Develop new procedures related to optimal ERP functionality. * Continuously update changes to raw materials used in finished products. * Generate forecasts based on requests from production, administrative, and inventory departments. * Perform ABC analysis of suppliers. * Identify and validate new ERP-related user requirements. * Support the Technical Support department according to departmental needs. * Perform preventive maintenance on owned computers and printers per the annual plan. * Assist the Systems Manager and Systems Officer with information security testing and implementation. * Carry out additional tasks assigned by management or the Systems Officer. * Document, track, and timely close incidents reported by users. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Intermediate to advanced ERP knowledge and proficiency. * Proficiency in document management systems. * Knowledge of O365 applications (1 year). * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of procedure development. * Knowledge of Windows / MAC operating systems (1 year). * Knowledge of Active Directory (not mandatory). * Knowledge of firewalls (not mandatory). * Teamwork. * Customer service. **Immediate Supervisor:** * Systems Manager **Academic Qualifications:** * Incomplete degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * Technical certification in Systems. **Work Experience:** * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. **Location:** * Las Palmas Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, N.L. **We Offer:** * Fixed schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. * Weekly salary payment (BBVA). * Monthly food vouchers. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Profit-sharing. * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute). * INFONAVIT (National Workers' Housing Fund Institute). * Continuous training. * Permanent employment status starting on day one. * Private medical services. * Death benefit assistance. * Complimentary corporate events.
