Administrative Project Coordinator

DE C.V.** We are a company that has established itself as a distributor of high-quality services and products, aiming to meet the needs of various sectors. **GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE** Support the administrative and technical management of public works projects, participating in budget preparation, tendering processes, reporting, and document control. This role is critical to ensuring transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in administrative processes, as well as tracking physical and financial progress. Works in coordination with the Engineering Department to facilitate decision-making and maintain operational order throughout the project. **FUNCTIONS** * Preparation of quotations. * Market studies for materials and services. * Preparation of solvency documents, cash verifications, and per diems. * Support in the preparation and review of tenders. * Review of technical and economic proposals. * Supervision of construction report preparation. * Support in budget preparation and control. * Coordination of technical and administrative project documentation. * Tracking of physical and financial progress. * Support in resource and activity planning. **KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge of construction and public works regulations. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints. * Knowledge of administrative project management. * Knowledge of public tendering processes. * Proficiency in software such as Excel, AutoCAD, OPUS, Neodata. **SKILLS** The Administrative Project Coordinator for public works must possess the following skills: * Productivity, problem-solving, resource optimization, attention to detail, project management, time management, planning and organization, delegation of tasks, leadership, and negotiation. **ATTITUDES** The Administrative Project Coordinator for public works must demonstrate the following attitudes and values: * Respect, reliability, responsibility, passion, teamwork, commitment, innovation, loyalty, and honesty. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Experience: 10 years.
