Visa Application Advisor Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, International Relations, Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position; experience with B1/B2 visa processing, DS-160 form completion, appointment portal (AIS / usvisa-info), consular requirements, etc. Main Responsibilities: * Assisting customers interested in applying for visas * Collecting and verifying personal documents * Accurately completing the DS-160 form * Creating profiles in the consular system * Scheduling CAS and Consulate appointments * Rescheduling and follow-up * Pre-interview counseling (basic coaching) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM Work Location: Remote work with one weekly in-office visit to Reforma office. Important: Candidates must have a computer and stable internet connection at home.
