Leadership in team management and vehicle maintenance Work Location: **FORCIP Yard (landmark: TRES GUERRAS, TSI, TRASTEK)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a committed Maintenance Supervisor with experience in heavy-duty vehicles (diesel tractor-trailers) to support preventive and corrective maintenance of tractor-trailers, ensuring fleet vehicle availability for operations by providing cost-effective units through timely and high-quality maintenance, thereby fulfilling customer deliveries. **Requirements** * Required academic level: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree * Academic status: Diploma or certificate * Required field of study (related): Automotive Mechanics (diesel) * Experience: 2 years in a **similar position**, or 3 years in **TRACTOR-TRAILER AND TRAILER MAINTENANCE** * Knowledge and tools: General diesel engine mechanics and mechanical tools **Skills and competencies:** * Teamwork * Commitment * Adherence to rules and regulations * Work quality * Proactivity * Stress tolerance * Leadership **Technical knowledge:** * Electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. **Responsibilities and activities:** * Ensure compliance with the **Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP)**. * Guarantee the **operability and maintainability** of packaging and packing equipment. * Diagnose and repair **mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic** failures. * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Request spare parts and supplementary materials to ensure operational continuity. * Inspect vehicles (greasing, fluid levels, lights) * Immediate reporting of failures or critical components * Active participation in route testing. * Support in quotations and spare parts control * Timely response to roadside assistance and emergencies **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs., and Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs. * Availability: Occasional support for emergencies * Nature: Operational position involving physical and technical activities in workshop and maneuvering yard.
