Restaurant Captain

Description

Ensure and guarantee customer-focused service aligned with customer needs; ensure all Experience team members are stationed appropriately at all times according to workload; assign stations to sellers and bussers. 1\. Supervise restaurant and/or corner staff to ensure focus on service, full supply availability, and adequate floor staffing (sellers, bussers). 2\. Direct all Experience and/or Restaurant staff to designated areas, considering each employee's skills and competencies as well as customer traffic. 3\. Greet all incoming customers, extend a welcome, provide a brief explanation of the Gourmet Experience concept, and in the Restaurant offer à la carte dishes, current promotions, and escort customers to their preferred tables. 4\. Anticipate and identify customer needs to direct them to appropriate corners; identify corner needs to reinforce service; monitor restaurant customer traffic to reinforce service accordingly. 5\. Ensure all personnel under your supervision in Experience and Restaurant receive important information such as announcements, operational procedures, promotions, and/or changes.
