




Position Summary: Human Resources Coordinator responsible for coordinating recruitment, selection, training, and project support activities, with a focus on the Health and Sciences sector. Degree and professional license (preferably in Business or Clinical fields).* ***Languages: Advanced English*** *Responsibilities:* * Execute recruitment and selection processes for specialized positions in the Health and Sciences sector (estimated coverage of 10–15 vacancies per month), preferably with experience in the clinical sector. * Ensure effective selection processes aligned with quality standards. * Coordinate and deliver onboarding training courses, timely notifying relevant departments and managing corresponding documentation. * Support implementation of the training plan, organizational assessment, and performance evaluation processes. * Meet established KPIs, such as monthly vacancy coverage and follow-up on employee evaluations during onboarding. * Foster strong relationships with employees to strengthen engagement with the Human Resources department. * Support voluntary resignation processes, contract preparation, and training logistics. * Participate in workplace climate, development, and organizational culture initiatives (internal events, interviews, and integration activities). Requirements: * **3–5 years of experience in Human Resources**. * **1–2 years of experience in coordination or leadership roles** (team management, project management, or end-to-end HR processes in the clinical sector). * Recruitment and selection (medical and specialized). * Labor relations. * Personnel administration. * Training and development. * Performance indicator (KPI) management. * Intermediate/advanced English.
