**TaHú Human Talent is seeking a PRINTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join our team as a **PRINTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN**, focused on the Technology area. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or completed high school. * Experience in printer maintenance and support. * Knowledge of computer networks. * User attention and support. * Desired experience with laser, thermal, and multifunction printers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Diagnosis and repair of printer malfunctions. * Installation and configuration of networked printers. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Replacement of consumables and basic spare parts. * Driver configuration and device connectivity setup. * Remote and telephone technical support to users. * Incident handling and follow-up. * Functionality validation and print testing. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $12,000 monthly, net. * Statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Work location: Tuxtla We promote an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
