**AGRONOMIST (PERSIAN LEMON)** Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise agricultural activities related to Persian lemon cultivation, ensuring efficient, sustainable, and profitable agronomic practices. Guarantee product quality for domestic and international markets through phytosanitary and nutritional control, as well as compliance with food safety regulations and certification standards. Main Responsibilities: * Design and implement agronomic management programs for Persian lemon: nutrition, irrigation, pruning, pest and disease control. * Supervise the execution of field agricultural tasks, ensuring adherence to production schedules. * Evaluate and optimize yield per hectare, fruit quality, and production costs. * Monitor and control pests and diseases specific to the crop. * Coordinate soil, water, and plant tissue sampling for diagnosis and fertilizer program improvement. * Implement traceability and agricultural activity record-keeping programs. * Coordinate with post-harvest, packing, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in quality and volume. * Train and supervise field operational staff. * Generate technical reports and analyses to support agronomic decision-making. Requirements: * Degree in Agronomy, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related field. * Desired: Specialization or diploma in fruit growing, citrus cultivation, or plant nutrition. * Minimum 3\-5 years of specific experience in Persian lemon (Citrus latifolia) cultivation. * Experience in export-oriented production (desirable). * Knowledge of key diseases such as HLB, and of biological and chemical control methods.
