We want you to be our protagonist as: Human Resources Cluster Workplace: Cinépolis Las Flores Palenque, Chiapas Address: G2H4JF, Nueva Esperanza, 29960 Palenque, Chis. Position objectives: Administer Human Resources processes such as recruitment, selection, training and development, ensuring the best talent in the theater. Main responsibilities: * Create the operational schedule according to financial goals and attendance budget. * Correctly prepare pre\-payrolls based on staff and total hours worked. * Develop and carry out recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel. * Process employee hires and terminations; delivering resignation letters, exit surveys and final settlements, as well as requesting support from the Labor Relations department. * Be responsible for the Cinépolis Learning Center at theaters. * Identify rule violations; applying and following up on corrective actions. Requirements: * Flexible availability (Monday through Sunday with one weekday off) * Student or recent graduate in psychology, human resources, industrial relations, administration or related field * 1 year of experience in position (internships or social service count) * Essential knowledge in: Human Resources, Personnel Management, Interviewing Skills, Hiring Processes, Pre\-payroll Management.
