We are looking for a **Construction Coordinator (Urban Development)** with solid experience in construction execution and **construction control**, to lead on-site supervision and ensure compliance with the schedule, quality, and deliverables. Essential requirements * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture** (degree and professional license, or currently in progress with verifiable documentation per internal policies). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in **urban development projects**, including: * Platforms * Earthworks * Pavements * Urban development (complementary works and integrated coordination) * Experience coordinating **site supervisors and/or field personnel**. * Demonstrable knowledge of **construction control** (physical\-financial progress, estimates/volumes, evidence, document control), in addition to execution. * Proficiency in preparing **reports, daily logs, photographic evidence**, and document control. * Competencies: **leadership, organization, follow-up**, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving skills. Main responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor site supervisors. * Verify progress, volumes, quality, and compliance with specifications. * Review reports, evidence, logs, and internal deliverables. * Supervise proper use of templates, processes, and document control. * Identify risks (technical, operational, safety) and propose corrective actions. * Prepare and present the **weekly construction report** (progress, incidents, risks, and action plan).
