




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, labor relations, and employee well-being at a freight transportation company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage recruitment and personnel selection processes. 2. Handle daily personnel requests and resolve staff conflicts. 3. Coordinate personnel activities and team integration. **Major Freight Transportation Company** **Seeking:** **Human Resources Manager** **Primary Responsibilities:** * Manage the recruitment process to timely fill vacancies across the organization. * Address daily personnel requests (e.g., leave requests, medical certificates, conflict resolution, internal procedures, incidents, and other similar matters). * Maintain employee files in accordance with company policies. * Process employee terminations. * Ensure timely updating of all personnel data. * Coordinate activities of assigned personnel. * Prepare preliminary payroll. * Organize staff integration events. * Address needs from all company departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Age: 35–45 years old * Minimum 2 years’ experience in labor relations, recruitment, and selection * Knowledge of IMSS, SUA, IDSE, and the Federal Labor Law * Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment for logistics – land freight transportation companies * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Experience managing teams and maintaining excellent labor relations. . Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
