Focus on employee onboarding and follow-up **HR Generalist** At AWA, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and operationally focused individual to join our team as an **HR Generalist**. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational staff * Job posting and interviews * Employee onboarding and file management (digital and physical) * Preparation and signing of employment contracts * Employee hiring, termination, and system updates * Preparation and control of payroll pre-processing (absences, incidents, vacations, etc.) * Employee support and incident follow-up * Administrative support for the HR department **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Experience in operational recruitment (hospitality industry preferred) * Knowledge of personnel administration * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Willingness to work on the island **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Shared accommodation * Uniform * Excellent working environment Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Gym discount Workplace: On-site employment
