This involves supervising and coordinating finishing work in housing units—including flooring, walls, painting, installations, carpentry, and other aesthetic details—ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements while maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. * Knowledge of various construction techniques, methods, materials, and site procedures. * Familiarity with diverse finishing construction processes. * Knowledge of various finishing materials and tools. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of finishing works, including floor installation, tiling, painting, carpentry, lighting, doors, windows, and others. * Ensure all work is performed according to the specifications and quality standards defined in the drawings and project documentation. * Verify that finishing materials (e.g., paints, flooring, wood, tiles, etc.) are correct and in good condition. * Monitor that finishing works are completed within the allocated budget and scheduled deadlines. * Conduct final inspections of finishing works to ensure full compliance with agreed-upon standards, and deliver the project ready for final handover to the client.
