Profile: \* Education: High school diploma; completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. \* Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in similar positions within the private security industry. \* Complete documentation: Birth certificate, INE (National Electoral Institute ID), CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), RFC (Taxpayer Identification Number), NSS (Social Security Number), proof of education, proof of address, and released military service card (if applicable). \* Solid knowledge: Computer equipment operation, initial and in-depth interviews, recruitment and selection. \* Skills and aptitudes: Organization, interpersonal communication, analysis, planning, initiative, and sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Recruit personnel through various channels and according to the minimum hiring percentage. Apply an accurate and comprehensive recruitment and selection process. Compile and manage personnel files for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is complete. Prepare daily lists of newly hired personnel to forward them to the hiring department. Notify candidates about benefits, salaries, and services offered by the company. Provide follow-up to candidates throughout the hiring process. Generate reports on updates regarding hired personnel and vacancies filled. Manage, coordinate, execute, and complete activities and projects assigned by the manager to this department.
