Support sales efforts and achievement of commercial targets. **Job Objective** Deliver comprehensive optometric care to patients by conducting accurate visual examinations, recommending appropriate optical solutions, and providing high-quality service both at the branch and at home, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to professional standards. **Duties and Responsibilities in Optics (Fixed Location):** * Perform complete eye examinations (refraction, visual acuity, basic diagnosis). * Detect visual abnormalities and refer to specialists when necessary. * Prescribe ophthalmic lenses appropriate to the patient's needs. * Advise customers on frame selection and lens types. * Adjust and verify finished lenses. * Maintain optometric equipment in optimal condition. * Keep and manage clinical records. * Support sales efforts and achievement of commercial targets. **Home Visits:** * Conduct scheduled home visits for visual examinations. * Transport and maintain portable optometric equipment. * Deliver professional care in environments outside the optical store. * Promote services and products during visits. * Take orders and follow up on deliveries. * Efficiently manage visit routes.
