Apply now for the position of: Mechanical Integrity Engineer **Objective** Collect, mine, and analyze operational data from Sempra Infrastructure’s assets to report reliability and availability to senior management. Create reports using business intelligence tools—reviewed following statistical analysis—to support operational management in improving asset performance through recommendations or risk-based inspection plans. Collect, maintain, update, and manage asset databases via Sempra Infrastructure’s geographic information system (GIS). Conduct and review risk analyses of the company’s transportation systems to identify, quantify, and prioritize risk levels, threats, and opportunities that may affect the minimum design life, reliability, and availability of SI assets. Develop, review, and standardize mechanical integrity–related risk criteria to assess, evaluate, repair, and validate SI assets that could impact environmentally sensitive or populated areas. **Responsibilities** * Review, integrate, and analyze information collected by Sempra Infrastructure’s asset integrity supervisors and assistant managers. * Support risk analyses of static assets (RBI – Risk-Based Inspection) and dynamic assets (RCM – Reliability-Centered Maintenance). * Create and analyze asset availability and reliability reports so user departments can identify key operational aspects. * Develop and review risk analyses of Sempra Infrastructure’s transportation systems using specialized software. * Administer the company’s Geographic Information System (GIS) (database management, map creation, route mapping). * Complete and format weekly departmental reports. * Conduct consequence analyses using specialized software. **Requirements** * Proficiency in software including: + Georeferencing tools: ESRI (e.g., ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise) and Google (Google Earth). + Risk analysis tools (Synergi Pipeline, Synergi PlantRCM). + Consequence analysis tools (PHAST or PHAST Lite). + Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI). * General knowledge of availability, reliability, RBI, RCM, and risk management. * Familiarity with regulations and codes governing hydrocarbon transportation and distribution infrastructure integrity management. * Knowledge of statistical analysis and database management. * Effective communication skills. * Leadership and proactive mindset. * Task prioritization ability. **Apply now** and join the great team at **Sempra Infrastructure**!
