




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide timely assistance for computer equipment, performing maintenance, installation, and system configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we seek committed, honest collaborators eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (Willingness to travel)** **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Communications and Electronics Engineering, or Systems Engineering. * Knowledge Areas: Networks, Hardware, and Software. * Software: Windows, Linux, macOS, Office, VPN. **Objective**: Provide and ensure correct and timely technical support at the second level for issues reported on the group’s users’ computer equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and/or corrective maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Provide internal customer support remotely (telephone/internet) and/or on-site. * Install and configure operating systems, as well as maintain and configure software on the group’s computer equipment. * Create images for operating system cloning. * Perform information migrations and/or backups, as well as configure equipment for user reassignment. * Willingness to travel to perform information migrations and/or backups, as well as configure equipment for user reassignment. **Knowledge Requirements:** * **Technical support tools and procedures** * **Electronics** * **Software** **Compensation and Additional Benefits** **Gross Monthly Salary: $ 12,000 GROSS** **Life Insurance** **Work Location: Santa Fe / Periférico** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with willingness to travel**
