Key responsibilities * **Daily support:** Taking meeting notes, scheduling appointments, organizing staff travel. * **Document management:** Filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling correspondence (physical and digital). * **Reception duties:** Answering and directing calls, attending to internal and external customers. * **Information management:** Creating and updating databases, preparing Excel spreadsheets, tracking administrative processes such as invoicing and collections. * **Management support:** Collecting signatures, preparing documentation for senior management. Required skills * Proficiency in office software (Excel is essential). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication (oral and written). * Proactivity in identifying and suggesting improvements. * Ability to work under goals and established procedures.
