### ***Job Description:*** Design, develop, and maintain solutions that integrate Salesforce with SAP and other platforms, generating reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI. Ensure operational continuity through sound backup practices, basic server administration, and resolution of data and process incidents. ### ***Key Responsibilities*** * **Salesforce Development** * Program in **Apex** (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers) and **Flows** (record-triggered, screen flows). * Build and optimize **SOQL/SOSL** for efficient queries. * Maintain and version metadata (Change Sets, DevOps Center, Git repository). * **Integrations** * Design and implement **REST/SOAP API**, webhooks, and connectors between **Salesforce, SAP**, and internal systems. * Orchestrate data flows (ETL/ELT) and handle authentication (OAuth 2.0, tokens, certificates). * Monitor, log, and recover errors in integrations. * **SAP (Collaboration and Operations)** * Generate/consume **SAP reports** (e.g., standard queries, BI extracts; coordinate with BASIS/ABAP as applicable). * Execute and document **backups** related to required objects or data (coordinated with BASIS; knowledge of **transports**, jobs, and database-level backups as applicable). * Understand business processes (MM/SD/FI) to ensure data consistency. * **Data, SQL, and BI** * Model data and write **SQL** (joins, CTEs, window functions) for reports and datasets. * Develop **Power BI dashboards** (Power Query, DAX, star schema modeling). * Automate data loads and basic governance (lineage, refresh, permissions). * **Administration and Technical Support** * **Servers**: basic diagnostics, elementary hardening, resource monitoring, scheduled patches and restarts. * **Operating Systems**: usage and scripting in **Linux/Unix** (bash) and management on **Windows Server**. * **Advanced Excel**: pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas; handling of **large data volumes** (200+ rows and preferably thousands). * **Quality, Security, and Documentation** * Unit/integration testing, code reviews, and CI/CD where applicable. * Incident and change management (basic ITIL). * Document solutions, user manuals, and runbooks. ### ***Essential Requirements*** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or demonstrable equivalent experience). * **Experience:** 3–5 years of development/integration experience with **Salesforce** and **SQL**; practical exposure to **SAP** (report consumption, extraction, or integration). * **Salesforce:** Apex, Flows, SOQL, basic object and permission administration. * **Integrations:** REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, authentication, error handling. ### ***We Offer*** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Savings Fund * Life insurance * Cafeteria service
