This position is critical to maintaining operational order, guaranteeing timely deliveries, and efficiently coordinating the workforce within a dynamic, results-oriented operation. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and material control. * Coordinate operational staff to ensure task completion and on-time delivery. * Maintain up-to-date physical and system-based inventory records. * Organize proper storage, classification, and safekeeping of materials and tools. * Coordinate material picking and internal supply for operational areas. * Conduct cycle counts and identify inventory discrepancies or operational incidents. * Supervise warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. * Track operational reports, inventory movements, and controls. * Implement improvements to optimize timelines, control, and material flow. * Resolve logistics-related issues, delivery problems, or internal supply disruptions. **What qualifications are important for this role?** * Experience coordinating operational staff or managing warehouse activities. * Basic computer skills, Excel proficiency, and data entry capability. * Knowledge of goods receiving, shipping, and merchandise control. * Ability to organize inventories and supervise materials. **What do we offer?** * Monthly salary of $22,000 to $24,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Attendance bonus. * Punctuality bonus. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. **Who are we?** We are a company focused on material administration and distribution, committed to maintaining organized, efficient, and service-oriented internal operations.
