Position Objective Drive talent growth and development within the organization through training programs, career planning, and organizational development strategies that enhance performance and internal culture. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement training and development programs * Identify area-specific training needs (TNA) * Implement organizational development and cultural strategies * Manage talent retention programs * Coordinate performance evaluations and improvement plans * Develop career and succession plans * Measure program impact using KPIs * Administer employee engagement surveys and follow up on action items * Implement NOM-035 and workplace wellness initiatives * Coordinate internal team-building events **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development, training, and culture * Knowledge of career planning, organizational climate, and talent management * Proficiency in KPIs and performance evaluation **Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Strategic thinking * Planning and organization * Results orientation * Problem solving **Working Conditions** * Salary: $20,000 to $24,000 MXN per month (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Job stability and professional growth
