Focused on compliance with good manufacturing practices **Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. This individual is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other related activities for various components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components to assemble the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Keep storage locations organized and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Compliance with good manufacturing practices **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical device industry (preferred) or similar * Experience working in the boxing area * Experience working in the decartoning area * Knowledge of the piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** Secondary school.
