Comprehensive management of operators and resolution of operational issues At **TLE AUTOMOTIVE**, a company dedicated to the logistics and transportation of unregistered vehicles, we seek individuals passionate about their work; therefore, we are currently looking for talent for the position of **Traffic Coordinator**. **Requirements**: * Education: Completed bachelor's degree * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. **Experience**: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * GPS monitoring * Personnel management * Problem solving * KPI management * Logistics * Interaction with operators **Responsibilities**: * Provide support and handle operator feedback calls regarding compliance with their responsibilities, applying the disciplinary system. * Determine and schedule the operator carousel plan to maintain each department's guidelines. * Record and analyze operational issues impacting the loading plan to define action plans and reduce incidents. * Assign and ensure operators have a lead unit to meet customer needs and/or requirements. * Address and correct applicable findings identified during 5S walkthroughs to sustain the methodology’s benefits in the work area. * Participate in and comply with established processes within the QMS and Scalling Up meetings to contribute to maintaining the company’s certifications in accordance with organizational requirements. **Benefits**: * IMSS * INFONAVIT * 15-day Christmas bonus * 25% vacation premium * Sunday premium * Profit sharing (if generated by the company) * Medium- and long-term growth opportunity * Weekly salary payment * Employee transportation **Location**: * Salinas Victoria Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Employee referral program Workplace: On-site employment
