Positive work environment MULTIFUNCTIONAL OPERATOR Location: Punto Valle, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León A next-generation family entertainment center focused on delivering innovative experiences through technology, dynamic activities, and premium-level customer service. We seek talent with a service-oriented attitude, energy, and a strong focus on customer experience. OFFER Monthly salary: $10,000 MXN per month Statutory benefits from day one Job stability SCHEDULE Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. One weekday day off (initially Monday) On-site work JOB OBJECTIVE To provide customers with a comprehensive experience within the entertainment center, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operation of attractions, and compliance with safety protocols. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer service and assistance Explaining safety rules for attractions Supporting game and activity operations Cashier duties and terminal handling Assisting in snack area or store Cleaning and organizing workstations Supporting events and parties Redeeming prizes in the arcade area Basic supervision of proper facility usage REQUIREMENTS Minimum completion of junior high school Customer service experience preferred Proactive attitude Enthusiasm for interacting with customers, children, and families Flexible availability for scheduling Teamwork orientation COMPETENCIES Service-oriented attitude Responsibility Communication skills Adaptability Teamwork WE OFFER Positive work environment Opportunity for growth Continuous training Participation in an innovative project Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $7,832.97 – $17,661.01 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
