Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts (product shortages) or overstocking (excess product). Schedule and supervise periodic inventory counts to identify shrinkage or recording errors. Oversee the distribution of loading zones to expedite movement. Coordinate receipt of goods from suppliers and dispatch of orders to customers. Assign daily roles based on workload (receiving, picking, packing). Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators), such as order preparation time or error rate. Ensure a safe working environment to prevent accidents and cargo damage. Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Keep transit areas clear and the warehouse organized.
