Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Agent to ensure an extraordinary experience for patients in the management of Diabetes and Hypertension, with strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Join our great team as: **Collections Agent** Branch: **Patient Support Center** **Work Location and Schedule Required:** * On-site work at OAS3 (Guadalupe municipality) * Monday to Friday, fixed schedule (9 AM to 6 PM) * Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM * Rest days: fixed Sundays and official holidays. * On certain days each month (especially during month-end closing), remote work may be possible; a computer and internet connection will be required. **Required Profile:** * Minimum one year of experience in collection agencies. * Strong verbal communication skills, agility and courtesy in negotiation. * Goal-oriented focus (call volume, recovery amount). * Proficiency in computer use and email. **Address:** Guadalupe, Nuevo León Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
