Position Summary: Supervise and manage the payroll process to ensure satisfactory and timely payment to employees, including attendance administration, disability leave processing, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the complete payroll cycle and its associated processes. 2. Administers and resolves employee inquiries regarding payroll. 3. Collaborates on HR activities and absenteeism tracking. **PAYROLL SUPERVISOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** * Provide quality service to employees through satisfactory and timely payroll disbursement. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Certified Public Accountant, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or LAE (Licenciado en Administración Empresarial) * 3 years of experience in similar positions * Proficiency with computer software packages (EXCEL, SAP) * **Preferably reside in ESCOBEDO, STA CATARINA OR GARCIA** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Review and evaluation of employee attendance. • Receipt and registration of IMSS disability certificates. • Administration, data entry, and execution of the payroll process. • Preparation of payroll cover sheets and filing of backup folders. • Employee support for payroll-related clarifications. • Preparation of weekly absenteeism reports. • Monitoring of employee absenteeism. • Preparation of monthly payroll reports. • Maintenance of information kiosk updates. • Verification of information kiosk functionality. • Administration and disbursement of alimony payments. • Participation in weekly production \- HR meetings. • Analysis, evaluation, and authorization of Savings Fund loans. • Preparation of payrolls. • Participation in HR activities and events. **WE OFFER** From $35,000 to $42,000 monthly gross, depending on experience * Statutory vacation days * 40% Vacation Bonus * 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * 10% Grocery vouchers * 13% Savings Fund contribution * Death/Marriage/Birth assistance of $3,000 * ICP Bonus \- Subject to plant performance, up to 60 days * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **OUR LOCATION IS IN SANTA CATARINA** Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $49,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * In which municipality do you reside?
