Job Summary: This Operations Coordinator role efficiently manages all activities from purchase order to delivery, ensuring compliance and quality of products and services. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates logistics and resources to fulfill customer service requirements. **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** (Responsible for managing all necessary tasks to satisfactorily meet our customers’ needs—from purchase order generation through product and/or service delivery.) **Profile:** * Industrial Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Electrical Engineer, or related field * Proven experience in project and/or maintenance management * Willingness to travel * Experience leading maintenance technician teams **Responsibilities:** * Guarantees efficient execution of planned or emergent daily company activities by identifying bottlenecks and implementing rapid solutions * Efficiently manages available resources—including personnel, time, and materials—to ensure service fulfillment and timely product delivery to company customers. * Proactively ensures that staffing assignments comply with all client requirements upon arrival at their facilities, including proper PPE, tools, and equipment necessary to perform scheduled activities on time and as specified. * Supervises operational processes and manages new or improvement projects * Ensures preparation of service reports for customers * Guarantees that all products or services delivered to customers meet established quality standards. * Upon completion of each service and/or workshop job, ensures tools and equipment are secured in their designated locations and that the area is cleaned, with walkways cleared for unrestricted access. * In coordination with the administrative department, manages the company’s fleet logistics for daily operations, ensures timely maintenance, and monitors gasoline/diesel levels. **Work Location: Escobedo Industrial Park.** Interested candidates please send CV to: **a.rocio.gargo@gmail.com** Salary: Starting at $25,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
