If you have proven experience across various maintenance disciplines and are passionate about ensuring optimal operation of our facilities, this opportunity is for you! ‍ We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong work ethics, capable of performing general and corrective maintenance tasks across our corporate facilities. Your role will be essential in ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing work environment for all our employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, including repairs of lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and electrical panels. * Carry out plumbing work, such as repairing pipe leaks, unclogging drains, maintaining restrooms, faucets, and water heaters. * Conduct basic masonry tasks, including patching, tile installation, plastering, and minor repairs to walls and floors. * Maintain and repair mini-split air conditioning systems, ensuring proper operation and efficiency. * Participate in the maintenance and care of green areas, including basic gardening tasks such as pruning, irrigation, and plant maintenance. * Respond to and resolve maintenance reports promptly and efficiently. * Collaborate in supervising and executing facility improvement and renovation projects. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in all maintenance activities. * Maintain an updated inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and equipment, and report replenishment needs. * Perform other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar general building maintenance roles. * Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in gardening, plumbing, electricity, masonry, and mini-split repair. * Ability to effectively diagnose and resolve problems. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to work quality. * Proficiency in using gardening tools. **Desired Skills (Non-Exclusive):** * Basic carpentry knowledge. * Experience maintaining pumping systems. * Certifications in specific maintenance disciplines. **We Offer:** * Direct contract with TRAYECTO. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, etc.). * Professional development opportunity at the industry-leading company. * Excellent work environment.
