A company powered by our people. ?REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or technical degree. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in general building maintenance. Knowledge of electrical maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, emergency power plants, fire suppression systems, ramps, curtains, painting, and drywall. Proficiency in using electrical, construction, and measuring tools. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: General inspection of curtains, ramps, facilities, and equipment. Basic verification and monitoring of electrical panels. Filling out and updating maintenance logs. Conducting facility walkthroughs for preventive incident detection. Tracking work orders and maintenance services. Liaising and coordinating with external vendors. Schedule: Two-shift role with Sunday availability during peak seasons. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Flexibility to rotate between first and second shifts and/or adjust schedule as required by operations.
