Job Summary: Ensure all shipments comply with customers' documentation requirements for on-time and proper delivery, by recording and updating orders and validating dispatches. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates timely dispatch of transportation units **Dispatch Assistant** **Job Objective:** Ensure all shipments meet each customer's specified documentation requirements to enable on-time and proper delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate necessary documentation for order delivery across various markets to ensure transportation units are completed on time and delivered to their final recipients. * Record and update completed deliveries to maintain invoice payment control. * Validate that transportation units are dispatched on time for delivery to their final recipients. **Experience:** * Administrative processes (e.g., billing, data entry, reporting, etc.) * Interaction with suppliers. * Customer service. **Knowledge:** Intermediate Excel (e.g., reporting, pivot tables, etc.) Electronic invoicing. **Education Level:** \- High school diploma.
