Strengthen commercial relationships and identify improvement opportunities At AOC Mexico, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with a commercial orientation and industrial expertise, who enjoys market development, building strong relationships, and delivering real value to our customers' production processes. · Job Objective Develop and expand AOC Mexico’s presence in the Guadalajara and Bajío regions by attracting new industrial customers, providing specialized technical consulting, and delivering solutions that directly impact our customers’ productivity. · What Will You Do in This Role? Develop new customers in metal-mechanical, manufacturing, and metallurgical sectors Market industrial gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, acetylene, CO2, and mixtures) Provide technical consulting on welding, cutting, and production processes Identify improvement opportunities in customers’ industrial processes Prepare high-value commercial and technical proposals Achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales service Strengthen long-term commercial relationships Conduct technical visits to industrial plants Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and production · Candidate Profile Education: Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, or related field) Experience: 2–3 years in industrial technical sales Experience in industrial gases, welding, or metal-mechanical processes (highly desirable) Experience with industrial B2B customers · Key Knowledge Areas: Welding processes (MIG, TIG, plasma, oxy-fuel cutting) Applications of gases in manufacturing Welding and cutting equipment Technical sales strategies · Key Competencies: Results orientation Negotiation skills Effective communication Customer service focus Technical-commercial thinking Long-term relationship development. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Education T 2 years of experience Keywords: demonstrator, exhibitor, traveling salesperson, agent, representative, agent, representative, technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, door-to-door sales, sales
