Job Summary: We are seeking a student with an executive mindset and excellent English skills to support purchase requisition management, supplier follow-up, and quotation analysis in the Procurement department. Professional and dynamic work environment Profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree student in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Accounting, or related fields. Currently enrolled in the final semesters of the program, with at least one year remaining to complete studies (applicants expected to graduate within less than 12 months will not be considered). Advanced English (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written. This is a mandatory requirement. Availability for part-time work with in-person attendance during scheduled hours. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Excel skills are highly valued). Desirable knowledge of Power BI, business-oriented artificial intelligence tools, or process automation. Prior work experience is not mandatory, although any background in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management will be valued. Main Responsibilities: Support in purchase requisition and purchase order management. Follow-up with domestic and international suppliers. Quotation analysis and support in negotiation processes. Updating and maintaining supplier databases. Preparation of reports and analysis using Excel and Power BI. Support in special projects within the Procurement department.
