Working with us means becoming part of a dynamic and challenging environment where every day presents an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Minimum technical or university-level studies (without degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electricity, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and installation of air conditioning and climate control (HVAC) systems. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for construction projects or corporate buildings. * Additional general facility maintenance experience is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Installation, diagnosis, and repair of mini-split, packaged, VRF, or central HVAC systems. * Proficiency with tools and measurement equipment (manometers, multimeters, vacuum pumps, etc.). * Knowledge of electricity applied to climate control systems. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Basic knowledge of plumbing and general facility maintenance. **Skills:** * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve technical failures. * Attention to detail and focus on safety. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organization and tracking of scheduled maintenance tasks. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and climate control systems. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration failures in HVAC equipment. * Perform cleaning, refrigerant charging, ductwork inspection, and equipment performance optimization. * Ensure proper operation and energy efficiency of systems. * Support general facility maintenance activities when required by the project. * Prepare technical reports and maintain up-to-date service records. * Conduct scheduled site visits to monitor the condition of installed systems. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth and technical training opportunities At Ad Domus, we seek talent committed to quality and service.
