Job Summary: Facilities Supervisor to coordinate suppliers, prepare reports, ensure the proper operation of emergency systems, and develop improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and implementation of improvement projects A global leader in the development and engineering of electronic technologies and solutions for consumers in residential, non-residential, mobility, and personal applications is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of: **Facilities Supervisor** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering or related field. * \+2 years of experience in building maintenance, HVAC equipment, and electrical installations. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff suppliers, technicians, and contractors. * Prepare reports on results, procedures, instructions, and work plans. * Ensure the proper operation of industrial safety emergency systems. * Develop and implement improvement projects. Work Location: Escobedo NL Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $29,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
