Position Summary: We are seeking a Computer Systems Technician to handle network and voice failures, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and resolve issues in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Routing, Switching, IP Telephony, Microwave (MW), and GPON 2. Customer service and network problem resolution 3. Corrective and preventive maintenance of systems Company with over 10 years of experience, providing residential and industrial installation services for both public and private sectors. Position Sought: Field Computer Systems Technician Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Degree preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or as Field or On-site Technical Support Engineer with MW and GPON experience * 2 years of experience * Own motorcycle * Laptop computer * Valid driver's license Responsibilities: * Address Layer 3 and Layer 2 failures, as well as voice-related issues * Address failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Firmware/image loading * Problem resolution (networks) * Field work We offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
