Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confianza**Position Objective** Execute and manage personnel services and labor relations processes for the assigned business unit, ensuring timely execution in accordance with corporate policies, guidelines, or other applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform labor-related activities that ensure compliance with employer obligations or other applicable regulations * Properly execute the employee termination process. * Administer and generate documents requested by authorities (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social [STPS], Conciliation and Arbitration Board, labor unions) and respond to their requests. * Administer and generate documents requested by authorities (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social [STPS], Conciliation and Arbitration Board, labor unions) and respond to their requests. * Address employee requests, such as clarifications, documentation, information, or updates to personal and employment data. * Conduct activities associated with the food quality and safety management system aligned with the SQF Code and Good Manufacturing Practices, to meet FDA regulatory requirements for product distribution Experience * Labor Relations Processes Execution \- 2 years * Administrative procedures before government authorities (STPS, JCA, labor unions) \- 1 year * Employee or customer service \- 1 year Knowledge * Federal Labor Law * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel database handling, PowerPoint executive presentations, Outlook) Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or \*Related fields At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
