A textile company is seeking your talent as **\-CUSTOMER SERVICE\-** in the **textile sales department** **This is your final opportunity to join our team!** **1\. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Serve, receive, and quote in-person customer orders. * Provide information regarding pricing and product availability requested by the customer. * Enter the customer’s required order into the system and forward the information to warehouse staff for order fulfillment. * Issue the corresponding sales invoice and/or receipt for the requested order. * Accurately register and enter data into the system for invoice issuance if requested by the customer; confirm with the customer that the invoice has been received. * Collect payment via invoice and/or sales receipt, accepting only card payments—correctly verifying whether the card is debit or credit. For bank transfers, print the email confirmation of payment; deposit confirmation must be obtained from the Accounting Department. * If payment is made in cash, provide both receipts and the invoice (if requested) to the cashier responsible for processing the payment and stamping the receipt as paid. * Ensure warehouse staff have the paid receipt and fulfill the order for delivery. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, sales area, and/or display area. * Accept inventory transfers and/or outgoing/incoming merchandise entries in the system as processed by the Inventory Department; sign for merchandise upon receipt and file related documents in a designated folder.
