Provides support and service to internal staff. ***Negotiable Salary*** ***8186048705*** **Job Objective:** Administer and execute Human Resources department processes, ensuring proper personnel control, compliance with labor obligations, and effective administrative management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Personnel attendance tracking and recordkeeping * Processing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS * Handling systems such as **ERP, SUA, and IDSE** * Employee file compilation and updates * Preparation and management of employment contracts * Managing resignations, final settlements, and severance payments * Labor conciliation and handling staff incidents * Supporting recruitment and staff selection * Tracking attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, disabilities, etc.) * Monitoring compliance with labor regulations * Providing support and service to internal staff **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Human Resources * Knowledge of: * Basic labor legislation * IMSS (SUA and IDSE) * ERP systems * Hiring and separation processes **Skills:** * Administrative organization and control * Effective communication * Handling confidential information * Conflict resolution * Working under pressure * Attention to detail Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,593.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
