Job Summary: Ensure collection service levels and strengthen operational processes to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction 2. Coordinate the execution of operational supervisors' activities 3. Meet established KPIs to achieve departmental goals **General Objective:** Ensure collection service levels and strengthen operational processes in accordance with assigned budgets and the annual plan, aiming to reduce operational costs and deliver satisfaction to assigned customers. **Specific Responsibilities and/or Obligations:** 1\. Communicate financial performance reporting (income, cost, and expense versus budget) to management for operational assessment. 2\. Coordinate operational supervisors' activities to ensure compliance with contractual service requirements from customers. 3\. Meet established KPIs (e.g., complaint reduction, service compliance, productivity, accidents, etc.) to achieve departmental goals. 4\.
