We are currently seeking YOUR talent to join our team as: Clinic Receptionist Requirements: * Education: Technical diploma / Incomplete bachelor’s degree * Experience: 2 years in customer service within the healthcare sector and clinic settings * Must reside near the work location **(Residency in Monterrey is mandatory)** Knowledge: * Customer service * CRM system usage * Basic administrative and billing functions Responsibilities: * Customer service and follow-up * Managing the branch’s appointment schedule * Administrative tasks (CRM, file management in Google Sheets, billing) * Sending scanned supporting documents to accounting staff Skills: * Attention to detail * Manual dexterity and skill * Concentration * Self-motivation We offer: * Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN * Biweekly payroll, 100% formalized * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM Work location: AVE Medical Center, Doctores neighborhood If you are interested, please apply through this channel and we will contact you!
