Department: Human Resources Schedule: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Level: Coordination Salary: $20,000 monthly gross Job Description: RAVISA S.C. is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator with Human Resources experience to coordinate and monitor organizational development processes, contributing to proper job structuring, culture strengthening, performance evaluation, and staff training. This position has an operational–coordinative focus, with active participation in HR projects and direct support to area management. Responsibilities: Develop and update job descriptions (DAF) and organizational charts. Coordinate and monitor performance evaluation processes. Administer and analyze workplace climate surveys and improvement plans. Identify training needs and coordinate development activities. Track Organizational Development and HR indicators. Support organizational culture initiatives and internal communication. Maintain control and order of departmental documentation. Collaborate with various departments to align structure, processes, and personnel. Support internal audits or reviews related to HR. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (completed). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development. Knowledge of: Organizational Development Performance Evaluation Workplace Climate Job Description Development Training and Development Intermediate Excel proficiency. Desirable experience in companies with formal organizational structures.
