Quality control using measuring instruments **Job Objective:** Perform sheet metal and plate bending processes in accordance with technical specifications to ensure precise and high-quality parts. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Programming and Adjustment:** Configure CNC parameters (bending angles, thickness compensation, bending sequences). * **Tooling Setup:** Select and install punches and dies according to bend radius and type. * **Technical Reading:** Interpret engineering drawings (views, tolerances, and symbols). * **Quality Control:** Use measuring instruments (vernier calipers, combination squares, protractors) to verify first-piece inspection and mass production. * **Basic Maintenance:** Clean and lubricate the machine to ensure proper operation. Key Technical Skills (Skills) * Operation of CNC controllers (Delem, Cybelec, Fanuc, etc.). * Sheet metal development calculation (K\-Factor). * Knowledge of materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum). * Use of precision measuring instruments.
