We are currently seeking **General Helpers** for immediate hiring at our production plant located in **Apodaca, N.L.** If you are looking for stable employment, a fast hiring process (without complex medical screenings), and excellent benefits exceeding legal requirements, this opportunity is for you! **What do we offer?** * **Weekly base salary:** $2,142.91 initially (prompt payments every Friday!). * **No probationary week:** You receive your salary starting from your first week of work. * **Retention bonus** * **Punctuality and attendance award** * **Food vouchers:** 15% biweekly (approximately $645.00 MXN). * **Savings fund:** 13%. * **Enhanced year-end bonus:** 35 days. * **Major Medical Expenses Insurance:** Available after completing 9 months of service. * **Additional benefits:** Free uniform, on-site dining area, and overtime subject to operational needs. **Transportation Routes and Support:** * **Fixed routes available:** San Nicolás / Apodaca and Santa María Pesquería / Apodaca. * **Transportation financial support:** If you reside in the municipality of **Juárez**, you will receive transportation fare assistance (exact amount detailed during your interview). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Physical abilities:** Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, lift products, and maintain constant mobility along production lines. * **Age:** 18 to 53 years old. * **Education:** Ability to read and write (certificate not mandatory). * **Experience:** Not required; we provide initial training. * **Schedule availability:** Mandatory to rotate among 3 shifts Monday through Sunday (with rotating rest days): * **Morning shift:** 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * **Afternoon shift:** 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **Night shift:** 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Interested in this vacancy?
